We offer Free Shipping for Canada and USA orders over $100 CAD. Processing time is 2 to 5 business days.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to dispatch and up to three weeks for pre-order and custom orders items to ship. Please be aware that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Below are our standard estimated delivery times:
North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania: 4–10 business days
South America and Africa: 10–15 business days
Please note that the shipping time frames mentioned above are estimates and not guaranteed, as delivery can be influenced by many factors, such as high demand periods, weather conditions, customs processing and mail volume. During peak seasons, including major holidays, you might encounter delays with standard shipping carriers like Canada Post and USPS. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Some countries in Asia and Africa, such as India, Egypt, and others, may experience delivery times of 10–15 business days due to regional logistics and customs processes.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: high seasonal demand, carrier delays, customs inspections or import regulations, and natural events (weather disruptions, etc.).

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or any other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.
